This page explains what information the LaunchBox website collects and how it is used. It describes only what the site actually does.
Contacting us
The site has no contact form. You reach us through the WhatsApp, phone and email links. When you do, the conversation happens in the app or service you chose, and whatever you share there is kept only so we can reply to your inquiry.
The AI assistant
The site includes a chat assistant. Messages you type are sent to the site's server and passed to an external language-model provider to generate a reply. Please don't type sensitive information into the chat. If you choose to share contact details in the chat, they may be stored so we can get back to you.
Basic measurement
The site counts clicks on the contact buttons. That count is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and contains no identifying details. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by a hosting provider and uses third-party components to display 3D content and to run the assistant. Those providers may receive technical connection data such as an IP address as part of delivering the service.
